I PURCHASE OF COMPUTER FACILITIES - TENDERS
There was submitted Report No. 148-2001 by the Acting Director of Information Technology.
The Committee (i) approved the acceptance of Tender ITD/2001/01 amounting to 32,696.52 from Specialist Computer Centres for the purchase of IT equipment detailed in Appendix 1 of the report, and (ii) approved the ongoing engineering maintenance costs of 2,615 per annum.
II SCOTTISH LOCAL GOVERNMENT INFORMATION UNIT - ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION 2000/2001
It was agreed that a subscription fee amounting to 2,940 be paid.
III MILLENNIUM EVENTS PROGRAMME
(a) FIELDFARE TRUST MILLENNIUM AWARDS - ACCESS TO NATURE PROJECT
It was agreed that a contribution of 700 be made.
(b) THE DUNDEE MILLENNIUM FILM PROJECT
On a reference to Article VI of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 12th October 1998 it was agreed that a contribution of 9,500 be made.
(c) DUNDEE SCHOOLCHILDRENS DAY IN THE DOME - PRODUCTION OF OUR TOWNS STORY COMPACT DISC
It was agreed that a contribution of 450 be made.
