I SUB-CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLY OF MATERIALS
There was submitted Report No. 142-2001 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services listing details of Sub-Contractors and suppliers of materials to Dundee Contract Services for the value of 10,000 and over.
The Committee agreed to note the contents of the report.
II HIRE OF VANS, LORRIES
There was submitted Report No. 130-2001 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Hire Companies for the hire of vans and lorries as and when required for the financial year 2001/2002.
The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered as shown and which will be drawn on in order of price tendered with consideration given to availability and service.
III HIRE OF LARGE PLANT
There was submitted Report No. 131-2001 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Hire Plant Companies for the hire of large plant as and when required for the financial year 2001/2002.
The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered as shown and which will be drawn on in order of price tendered with consideration given to availability and service.
IV HIRE OF SMALL PLANT
There was submitted Report No. 132-2001 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Hire Plant Companies for the hire of small plant as and when required for the financial year 2001/2002.
The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered as shown and which will be drawn on in order of price tendered with consideration given to availability and service.
V HIRE OF SITE STORAGE AND ACCOMMODATION
There was submitted Report No. 133-2001 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Hire Plant Companies for the hire of Site Storage and Accommodation as and when required for the financial year 2001/2002.
The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered as shown and which will be drawn on in order of price tendered with consideration given to availability and service.
VI HIRE OF BUILDERS SKIPS
There was submitted Report No. 134-2001 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Hirers of Builders Skips for the hire of skips as and when required for the financial year 2001/2002.
The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered by Dundee City Council Environmental and Consumer Protection Department.
VII HIRE OF ACCESS EQUIPMENT
There was submitted Report No. 135-2001 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Hire Access Equipment Companies for the hire of Access Equipment as and when required for the financial year 2001/2002.
The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered as shown and which will be drawn on in order of price tendered with consideration given to availability and service.
