Dundee City Council is currently preparing a new Local Development Plan which will replace the Dundee Local Development Plan (LDP) adopted in 2019. Full details of the process for preparing the new plan will be contained in the Development Plan Scheme.
Development Plan Scheme
A Development Plan Scheme is a document which sets out the process and timescale for preparing the new Local Development Plan - this is reviewed and published annually.
Local Place Plans
Local Place Plans offer communities the opportunity to submit ideas and proposals for their area that can be taken into consideration while the Local Development Plan is being prepared.
