Public Entertainment Licence

A Public Entertainment Licence is required where the public are admitted for the use of facilities for the purpose of entertainment or recreation (Fundays, Circuses, Carnivals etc) or premises which include gyms, nail bars, sun tanning establishments and Theatres.
