The Pest Control Section can arrange to supply and fit electric fly killers and other traps as part of ongoing and routine maintenance against insects. We can offer and maintain electric fly killers to suit any situation. The following equipment being a small sample of what we can provide.
The Nemesis Ultima Range for the professional approach in catering establishments and larger food stores.
The Titan Range for smaller commercial properties and domestic situations.
The Chameleon Range of Sticky Traps is also available. These can be placed nearer to sensitive work areas where there is a risk that an insect electrocuted by one of the above products may inadvertently fall into the food product for example.
For Financial Year 2024/25, the charge for carrying out treatments is £108, however Gulls/Pigeons/Birds (misc) and Bed Bugs as well as some larger insect infestations require a Pest Control Officer to visit to determine the best course of treatment and a price will be discussed at that time.
An uplift of an animal carcass is £48 for financial year 2024/25.
