From April 1st 2023 face-to-face enquiries will no longer be available at Dundee House and the East & West District Housing Offices.

Remember, you can do most things online. Please visit My Dundee for a list of forms, services and online processes. Staff are available to assist during office hours.

For citizens unable to access online services, a reduced face-to-face service will be available by appointment only at Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street. Book an appointment via our online Appointment System or call 01382 434000. Booking is essential and no walk-ins will be accepted.

Sign up for MyDundee and log into your account, here you can quickly and easily complete a number of forms to manage your personal information, for example pay council tax, report a missed bin collection or apply for residents parking permits.

MyDundee uses mygov.scot myaccount.

mygovscot myaccount is the easy way to access public services online and is delivered by the Improvement Service, the go-to organisation for local government improvement in Scotland. The platform provides access to a range of public services, including getyournec.scot for National Entitlement Card applications, which uses mygovscot myaccount authentication and identity verification services.

Face to Face

From 1 April 2023 Customer Services will no longer provide a face-to-face service for enquiries at Dundee House, East & West District Housing Offices. If there is an enquiry, transaction or request you can carry out on MyAccount, we would urge you to do so.

A reduced face to face appointment service will be available at the Box Office, 16 City Square. This can be booked using our Appointment System.
