A MAJOR upgrade to one of Dundee City Council’s civil enforcement systems will mean a number of services in car parking are out of action next week.
On Monday (July 30) the system will be unavailable for 24 hours from 7am.
Upgrading work will affect:
- issuing Resident Parking Permits;
- paying Penalty Charge Notices;
- logging an appeal against the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice;
- appeal administration;
- debt recovery; and
- general enquiries.
The council has apologised in advance for any inconvenience the upgrading works may cause. Normal service will resume on Tuesday (July 31).
