DRIVERS using one of the new streets in Dundee Waterfront will be diverted next week while work continues to complete the current phase of the project.

South Union Street will be closed off peak (between 9.30am and 3.30pm) for four days while a new high friction surface and cabling is laid.

The diversion via South Castle Street will only affect traffic coming from South Marketgait eastbound and heading to Perth.

Work starts on Tuesday (November 10) and when complete South Castle Street will be closed again until the remaining Waterfront works are completed.
