Election Reminder Forms07/09/15
Reminder letters will be starting to be delivered today (Monday September 7) to people in Dundee who have not yet responded to requests for their household’s details for the electoral register.
Letters originally went out across Dundee last month.
The new letters are addressed to the Occupier and should not be considered as junk mail.
Dundee election chiefs are urging people who have not yet entered details to do this as soon as possible.
The new household enquiry forms ask people to confirm who is resident at the property.
The fastest and easiest way to get details entered into the system is online at http://www.elecreg.co.uk/dundee
Public access to a computer is free at all local libraries across the city.
Anyone who cannot get access to a computer can confirm their details by telephone on 0808 284 1474 or by sending a text message to 07786 209374.
Householders can also return the completed form to the Electoral Registration Office at 20 City Square.
Other letters will be issued later in the week to individuals by name who responded to the original household enquiry forms saying there had been changes in the household, but did not go online to confirm this.
