I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

Bailie Dawson declared an interest in the item of business at Article II of this minute by virtue of his employment with SSE-OVO Energy Solutions Ltd and took no part in the proceedings and withdrew from the meeting during its consideration.

II TENDER RECEIVED BY HEAD OF HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION

There was submitted Report No 215-2023 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services detailing the tender received for the next phase of the energy efficiency project as part of the HRA Capital Plan 2023/2028 - Tackle Climate Change and reach Net Zero carbon emissions by 20459 and seeking approval on acceptance thereof.

The Committee agreed:-

(i) to approve the acceptance of the tender submitted by the contractor as set out in the report, with the total amount, including external funding and allowances, detailed in Appendix 1 of the report.
