I DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Bailie Roberts and Councillors Dawson and Malone declared non-financial interests in respect of Article II by virtue of being Council representatives on Leisure & Culture Dundee.
The Council resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 7A of the Act.
II APPOINTMENTS - LEISURE & CULTURE DUNDEE BOARD
There was submitted Agenda Note AN43-2021 reporting that there were two vacancies on the Board of Trustees of Leisure & Culture Dundee for charity trustees who were neither elected members nor officials of the Council (Independent Charity Trustees).
Following consideration of expressions of interest, the Nominations Committee of Leisure & Culture Dundee agreed, at its meeting on 3rd November, 2021, to recommend to the Council the appointment of Emma Donaldson and Colin McLeod as Independent Charity Trustees with effect from the AGM on 15th December, 2021.
The Council agreed accordingly.
