Obituary - Lady Provost Linda Borthwick
The Head of Democratic and Legal Services reported, with great sadness, the death of Lady Provost Linda Borthwick.
The Depute Lord Provost, Bailies Keenan, Scott and Macpherson and Councillor Alexander, on behalf of the elected members of the City Council, paid tribute to the many years of civic service rendered by her in support of the Lord Provost. Thereafter, a minute's silence was observed by elected members and officers in memory of the Lady Provost.
Obituary - Jim McLean
The Depute Lord Provost, Bailies Keenan, Scott and Macpherson and Councillor Alexander, on behalf of the elected members of the City Council, referred to the recent sad passing of Jim McLean, Freeman of the City, and paid tribute to his dedicated service to football in the City.
