Lord Provost Ian BORTHWICK, Convener, in the Chair.
Prior to commencement of formal business, the Lord Provost, Bailies Keenan, Scott and Macpherson and Councillor Alexander, on behalf of the City Council and Councillor Lynn on behalf of the Integration Joint Board, paid tribute to the people of Dundee for the way each and every one had responded to the Coronavirus Pandemic and extended condolences and sympathy to all who had been affected. Thereafter, a minutes silence was observed in memory of those who had lost their lives due to Coronavirus.

III DUNDEE CITY HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE INTEGRATION JOINT BOARD
There was submitted Agenda Note AN22-2020 advising that, in view of the timescales involved, the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Convener of the Council, SNP Group Spokesperson, Labour Group Spokesperson, Conservative Group Spokesperson, Liberal Democrat Group Spokesperson and the Independent Member had agreed the undernoted:-
(a) MEMBERS RE-APPOINTMENT
Councillor Lynn, Councillor Smith and Bailie Wright were re-appointed to the Integration Joint Board for the remaining life of this Council, effective from May, 2020.
(b) PROXY MEMBERS
Depute Lord Provost Campbell and Councillor Short were appointed proxy members to substitute for either Councillor Lynn or Councillor Smith.
Councillor Richardson was appointed proxy member to substitute for Bailie Wright.
All appointments for the remaining life of the Council, effective from May, 2020.
(c) VICE‑CHAIRPERSON
Councillor Lynn was re-appointed as Vice-Chairperson of the Integration Joint Board, effective from May, 2020.
