III FOURTH STATUTORY REVIEW OF POLLING PLACES AND POLLING DISTRICTS
There was submitted Report No 363-2019 by the Head of Democratic and Legal Services outlining proposals for polling places and polling districts in terms of the Electoral Administration Act 2006.
The Council agreed that the changes outlined in paragraph 5 of the report be adopted in the timescales indicated.
IV APPOINTMENT TO OUTSIDE BODY
(a) COSLA - BOARD - COMMUNITY AND WELLBEING
It was reported that Councillor Cordell had intimated his resignation from the above.
The Council agreed that the vacancy be filled by Councillor Rendall.
V APPOINTMENT TO MEMBERSHIP OF STANDING COMMITTEES
(a) LICENSING COMMITTEE
Reference was made to Article IV(a) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 30th September, 2019, wherein it was agreed that Bailie Roberts replace Councillor Cordell as a member of the Licensing Committee.
It was reported that Bailie Roberts previously served as a Trained Substitute on the Licensing Committee and it was proposed that Councillor Cordell be appointed to the resulting vacancy on the Licensing Committee in the capacity of Trained Substitute.
The Council agreed that the vacancy be filled by Councillor Cordell.
