The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, the Boards Legal Adviser and taken into account letters of objections, agreed to grant a variation to allow the operating hours to be amended to close at 3.00 am Friday and Saturday only, seasonal variations, ie Holiday periods, Bank, Christmas and New Year holidays, provision of conference facilities, receptions, club/group meetings, recorded music, dance facilities, theatre, films and gaming. Allow access to children and young persons for the duration of a private function accompanied by a responsible adult and for under 18s club nights between the hours of 11.00 am and 10.00 pm.
II REQUEST FOR REVIEW HEARING - PREMISES LICENCE
The Board agreed to hold a premises licence review hearing in respect of Dunholm Convenience Store, 78/80 Dunholm Road.
