The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to grant a variation to allow alcohol to be sold for consumption on the premises until 2:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays, subject to the conditions that no entry be permitted to patrons after 12:30 am, that the new hours of operation will not commence until the objector is satisfied that remedial measures to reduce noise within their property are complete (should the objector wish for these to be carried out) and that the Licensing Standards Officers have established that noise levels within the objectors property are within the legal limits.

II OCCASIONAL LICENCE APPLICATION
(i) APEX CITY QUAY HOTEL, 1 WEST VICTORIA DOCK ROAD, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, and the Boards Legal Adviser, and a representative from City Development, agreed to grant the application for the period from 24th November, 2018 to 7th December, 2018, subject to the condition that the necessary Building Warrant for the Structure had been obtained.
(ii) THE VINE, MAGDALEN YARD ROAD, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constables representative, the applicant on their own behalf, and the Boards Legal Adviser, refused the applications for the periods 27th November, 9th November and 24th November, 2018.
III OCCASIONAL LICENCE - PAVEMENT CAFE APPLICATION
(i) BREWDOG, PANMURE STREET, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, and the Boards Legal Adviser, approved the application for the period of 29th October to 22nd November, 2018. The Board further agreed that a review of the policy for Pavement Cafe applications be undertaken prior to the next Board meeting, after which the remaining applications would be decided.
IV PERSONAL LICENCE - NEW APPLICATION
The Board noted that the application had been withdrawn.
V PREMISES LICENCE - REVIEW
(i) CHRISTOPHER D J IRELAND
The Board, having noted that the licence holder was not present, and having heard from the Chief Constables representative, and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to revoke the licence.
(ii) ASHLEY SCOTT
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constables representative, the licence holder on their own behalf, and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to issue a written warning.
VI PERSONAL LICENCE - REQUEST FOR REVIEW
The Board agreed to hold a personal licence review in respect of Umair Ishtiq and Grant Grieve.
VII PREMISES LICENCE - REQUEST FOR REVIEW
The Board agreed to a hold a premises licence review in respect of Reading Rooms.
