The Convener thanked Gordon Winton, Committee Services Officer, who was retiring from the Council after many years of service for his support over a number of years to the Board.

The Board agreed to hold a premises licence review in respect of No 1 Bar and Restaurant incorporating the Balcony Bar, 5 Ward Road, Dundee.
