The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to grant a variation to amend the terminal hour to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and opening time and off-sales to 11am on Sundays, any additional hours which may be available in terms of the Board's statement of licensing policy including the festive season, allow receptions, all club/group meetings, and gaming outwith core hours. Premises to open at 10am every day for the provision of teas, coffees, etc, open prior to core hours and to cater for club and/or group meetings, and receptions. Allow children and young persons to attend functions and also to be on the premises two hours before and one hour after a football match at Dens Park or Tannadice (or 8pm) whichever is the earlier accompanied by an adult.

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to take no further action.
(ii) BOYDS BAR (McADAMS), 77 ROSEBANK STREET, DUNDEE
The Board, having noted that the licensee was not present and having heard from the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to revoke the licence with a period of grace of seven days to pay the fee.
(iii) SLAVIC GOODS, 140 VICTORIA ROAD, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to take no further action.
V PERSONAL LICENCE - REQUEST FOR REVIEW
The Board agreed to hold a licence review hearing in respect of Craig Fox.
VI PREMISES LICENCE - REQUESTS FOR REVIEWS
The Board agreed not to hold premises licence reviews and noted the correspondence submitted.
