The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, taken into account an objection and the advice of the Board's legal adviser, agreed to grant a variation to allow off-sales to be added to on‑sales, daily 12 noon to 10pm - off-sales to be wines or bottled beers sold from the premises drinks menu only, at a specified minimum price per bottle, conference facilities, breakfasts, teas, coffees, snacks, receptions, club meetings, recorded music, films (relating to conferences and events only), outside drinking, and other activities commensurate with the running of a mixed use venue to take place from 7am until the start of core hours and during core hours.
No alcohol will be served or sold except during core hours and any extensions of hours granted by the Licensing Board. No activities will take place after core hours.

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to grant a variation to allow small scale live performances in addition to the currently approved background music, Friday and Saturday on-sales terminal hour amended to 1am, Monday to Sunday opening time amended to 11am, seasonal variation as follows, the premises will operate additional hours for the sale of alcohol in conformity with Dundee Licensing Board on festive extensions and other extensions granted from time to time by the Board, restaurant facilities outwith core licensed hours and bar meals within and outwith core licensed hours, receptions and club and other group meetings outwith core licensed hours, recorded music outwith core licensed hours and yes to live performances and televised sport within and outwith core licensed hours, takeaways and home deliveries, children and young persons will be permitted access to all public areas for the purpose of having a light snack or meal, ordering and collecting takeaways or for attending a private function, and 283 persons to include 60 in the newly created basement space.
