The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to grant a variation, subject to confirmation from Building Standards that the work had been carried out to amend the layout plan and the capacity of the premises.
II PREMISES LICENCES - REVIEW HEARINGS

The Board, having heard from the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the above hearing to the March meeting of this Board.
(ii) TOWN HOUSE - 1 KING STREET
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the above hearing to the June meeting of this Board.
(iii) NISA, 128-130 GRAY STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY
The Board agreed to revoke the above licence.
(iv) NISA EXTRA, 274 PERTH ROAD
The Board agreed to revoke the above licence.
(v) CAGE NIGHT CLUB, ST ANDREW'S LANE
The Board agreed to revoke the above licence.
(vi) B4 OUT, 124 SEAGATE
The Board agreed to revoke the above licence.
III REQUEST FOR PREMISES HEARING REVIEW
The Board noted the letter from the Chief Constable and agreed to take no action with regard to Martin McColl Ltd. The Board further agreed to hold a premises licence review in respect of Buskers, 15 Ward Road.
