On a division, there voted for the motion - the Convener and Councillor Brennan (2); and for the amendment - Councillors Murray, Hunter, Cordell, Gordon and Cruickshank (5) - whereupon the motion was declared carried granting the above application.

The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, the Board's Legal Adviser, and taken into account letters of objection, agreed to grant a variation to change to alcohol sold for on consumption only, amend consumption hours from Sunday to Thursday to 2.30am and Friday and Saturday to 3am, amend gaming to show that it cannot take place outwith core hours, amend access to children and young persons, show new layout with the removal of part of the main bar and the addition of three other smaller bar serving areas and change capacity from 600 to 740. Minimum charge to be applied.

Councillors Hunter and Gordon declared a non-financial interest by virtue of being members of Leisure and Culture Dundee, left the Chamber and took no part in the debate.
The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf and the Clerk, agreed to grant the above licence.
II PREMISES LICENCE - REVIEW HEARING
(i) THE TOWN HOUSE - KING STREET
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licence holder, the Chief Constable's representative and the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services' representatives, agreed to defer the hearing to January, 2017.
III PERSONAL LICENCE - REVIEW HEARING
(i) STEPHEN TOSH
The Board, having heard from the licence holder on their own behalf, the Chief Constable's representative, and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to endorse the personal licence.
IV APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF PREMISES LICENCE - BOWBRIDGE BAR, 2 MAIN STREET TO S TAVERNS, 7A MAINS ROAD
