III STANDARDS COMMISSION HEARING - COUNCILLOR KEN GUILD
It was reported that in terms of Section 18 of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc (Scotland) Act 2000 and Rule 6.9 of the Standards Commission Hearing Rules, the City Council was required to consider the Findings of the Standards Commission Hearing on 13th and 14th June, 2016 in relation to Councillor Ken Guild.
The Council noted the findings.
IV TAYSIDE AREA SUPPORT TEAM (CHILDRENS PANEL)
It was reported that Councillor Ross had resigned from the above Team.
The Council agreed that the vacancy be filled by Councillor Murray.
