There was submitted Agenda Note AN14-2016 advising that a request for grant assistance towards administration costs for 2015/2016 had been received from Hindmarsh Tenants' and Residents' Association.

 

The Committee agreed to grant assistance of 311 as requested.

The Committee agreed to a partnering project with McGill Electrical Ltd, Dundee amounting to 38,528.41, together with an allowance of 3,275 for professional services, giving a total expenditure of 41,803.41.

 

IV INDIVIDUAL HOUSES 2015/2016 - HEATING, KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS - EXTENSION TO CONTRACT

 

On a reference to Article V of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 9th March, 2015, the Head of Design and Property submitted Report No 111-2016 asking Committee to note additional expenditure of the existing contract.

 

The Committee noted additional spend of approximately 250,000 for additional work comprising renewal of existing heating, kitchens and bathrooms at various properties throughout the city.
