I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

 

No declarations of interest were made

 

II INSPECTION OF SHELTERED HOUSING WARDENS SERVICE BY THE CARE INSPECTORATE

 

There was submitted Report No 24-2016 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services reporting on the findings of the Care Inspectorate inspection of the Sheltered Housing Warden Service.

 

The Committee:-

 

(i) noted the contents of the report; and

 

(ii) instructed the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services to monitor progress towards meeting the areas for improvement contained in the report.

 

III LOCAL AUTHORITY TENANT HARDSHIP FUND

 

On a reference to Article II of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 25th January, 2016, there was submitted Report No 40-2016 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services proposing the introduction of a Dundee City Council Local Authority Tenant Hardship Fund Policy.

 

The Committee approved the Local Authority Tenant Hardship Fund Policy as detailed in the Appendix to the report and the promotion of the policy on the Councils internet and intranet sites.
