The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to grant the above application for 33.19m2, which was accepted by the applicant's agent.

The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, the Director of City Development's representative, the Board's Legal Adviser and taken into account objections, agreed to grant a variation to allow on-sales until 1am Fridays and Saturdays, live entertainment to cease at midnight and to be re-called in three months for an update.
II UPDATES
(i) THE BARRELS, 43-45 STRATHMARTINE ROAD
Reference was made to Article II(i) of the minute of meeting of this Board of 19th February, 2015, wherein it was agreed to defer the update to this meeting of the Board.
The Board, having heard from the licensee on his own behalf, the Director of City Development's representative and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the update to the April meeting of this Board.
(ii) ARCTIC BAR, 5 NEW INN ENTRY
Reference was made to Article II(b)(i) of the minute of meeting of this Board of 21st August, 2015, wherein a major variation was granted, subject to building warrant being obtained.
It was reported that Building Standards had advised that a Building Warrant had been applied for and Completion Certificate had been received.
The Board agreed to take no further action.
III PREMISES LICENCE - HEARING
(i) OUT NIGHTCLUB, 124 SEAGATE
The Board, having heard from the owner of the premises, the Director of City Development's representative and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the hearing to a future date to be determined.
IV PERSONAL LICENCES
(a) NEW APPLICATION
(i) Dayle R Nicoll
The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, the Chief Constable's representative and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to grant the above application.
(ii) Request for Hearing
The Board agreed to hold a hearing in respect of Kevin Enticknap.
