CHANGING SCOTLANDS RELATIONSHIP WITH ALCOHOL - A DISCUSSION PAPER ON OUR STRATEGIC APPROACH
Reference was made to the above-mentioned document which had been issued by the Scottish Government for consultation, with a response requested by 9th September, 2008.
It was agreed that this Sub-Committee would consider the document in detail and prepare a draft response which would be submitted to the next meeting of the Forum on 2nd September, 2008. Any further amendments would be incorporated thereafter and the finalised response would be submitted to the Scottish Government by 9th September, 2008.
A copy of the draft response is attached.
