I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

II INSPECTION OF HOUSING SUPPORT TEAM (INCLUDING THE MULTI-STOREY SUPPORT PROJECT) BY THE CARE INSPECTORATE

 

There was submitted Report No 26-2015 by the Director of Housing relative to the above.

 

The Committee noted the contents of the report.

 

III SHELTERED HOUSING SERVICE - UPDATE

 

On a reference to Articles IV and VII of the minutes of meetings of this Committee of 9th June, 2014 and 25th August, 2014, there was submitted Report No 25-2015 by the Director of Housing relative to the above.

 

The Committee noted progress made in relation to the Sheltered Housing Review and the Care Inspectorate Inspection Action Plan.

 

IV TENDERS RECEIVED - VARIOUS PROPERTIES - PHASE 3 - CONTROLLED ENTRIES 2014/2015

 

There was submitted Report No 38-2015 by the City Architect detailing tenders received in respect of the above-noted project.

 

The Committee agreed to a partnering project with McGill Electrical Ltd, Dundee, in the sum of 133,553.20, together with allowances of 11,352 for professional services, and 10,000 for utility connections, making a total expenditure of 154,905.20.
