II EXTERNAL WALL INSULATION - HOME ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAMME FOR SCOTLAND
On a reference to Articles IV and V respectively of the minutes of meetings of this Committee of 10th March, 2014 and 9th September, 2013, there was submitted Report No 9-2015 by the Director of Housing seeking approval for a further External Wall Insulation (EWI) Project within the 2014/2015 programme.
