II TENDERS RECEIVED - FLEMING GARDENS SHELTERED LOUNGE - UPGRADE LIGHTING IN MAIN HALL
There was submitted Report No 471-2014 by the City Architect detailing tenders received in respect of the above project and requesting a decision thereon.
The Fleming Trustees agreed to a negotiated project with the Environment Department (Construction Services) in the sum of 26,815.79, to which required to be added an allowance of 2,279 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 29,094.79.
