I DECLARATION OF INTEREST
No declarations of interest were made.
II REGRADING OF FOSTERING SERVICE
Reference was made to Article III of the minute of meeting of this Committee held on 27th January, 2014, wherein the outcome of the inspections undertaken by the Care Inspectorate in August 2013 were reported and the actions by the Adoption and Fostering Service in relation to the outcomes were agreed.
There was submitted Report No 305-2014 by the Director of Social Work providing an update on the revised grades of the Fostering Service.
The Committee agreed:-
(i) to acknowledge the revised grading as outlined in the report; and
(ii) to note the actions taken to address the issues of concern as contained in the Action Plans included as Appendices 1 and 2 of the report.
