Minute of SPECIAL MEETING of DUNDEE LICENSING FORUM of 26th October, 2010.

Apologies had been received from Colin Rattray, Liz Kay, Graeme Petrie, Simon Goulding, Hamish Tait and Vered Hopkins.

Under the terms of the Constitution of the Dundee Licensing Forum, if the office of Convener was vacant or for any reason unable to act, a meeting of the Forum may be chaired by any other member present.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Chair, Colin Rattray, had tendered his apologies for this meeting, therefore it was decided by members present that Chris Sloan take the chair for this meeting.

I CONSULTATION ON DUNDEE CITY LICENSING BOARDS STATEMENT OF LICENSING POLICY 2011-2014

There was submitted a consultation document relative to proposals for the Licensing Board's policy for the period 2011-2014, under Section 6 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act.

Under the terms of the Act, the Board must consult with the Local Licensing Forum for the Board's area and the Forum's views were requested by Friday, 5th November, 2010.

The Forum's response is attached as Appendix I.
