II INTERNAL AUDIT REPORTS

There was submitted Report No 66-2013 by the Chief Internal Auditor providing a summary of the Internal Audit Reports finalised since the last Scrutiny Committee.

The Committee noted the information contained within the report.

III EXTERNAL AUDIT REPORT - KPMG EXTERNAL AUDIT STRATEGY OVERVIEW AND PLAN FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST MARCH, 2013

There was submitted Report No 75-2013 by the Director of Corporate Services describing how KPMG intended to deliver the audit of Dundee City Council for the year ended 31st March, 2013 including the opinions on the financial statements in accordance with the relevant legal and accounting requirements.

The Committee noted the information contained in the report.
