The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, agreed to a variation to change the name of the premises to Non-Zeros, open from 11am on Sundays and remove restaurant and bar meals. Children and young persons would be permitted to the premises when accompanied by an adult for the purpose of attending a private function. Young persons allowed access without an adult at the discretion of the staff for live bands. To amend consent for musical entertainment to automatic music system, background music and TV prior to and during core hours, instrumental groups and vocalists prior to and during core hours. DJ/disco and karaoke during core hours.
