I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

II CONSULTATION ON DEVELOPING AN ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARD FOR SOCIAL HOUSING
There was submitted Report No 339-2012 by the Director of Housing containing the Council's response to the Scottish Government's consultation on Developing an Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing.
The Committee approved the response to the consultation, set out at Appendix 1 of the report, for submission to the Scottish Government.
III CONSULTATION ON HOMES THAT DONT COST THE EARTH
There was submitted Report No 340-2012 by the Director of Housing containing the Council's response to the Scottish Government's consultation on Homes that Don't Cost the Earth.
The Committee approved the response to the consultation, set out at Appendix 1 of the report, for submission to the Scottish Government.
IV STRATEGIC LOCAL PROGRAMME
There was submitted Report No 343-2012 by the Director of Housing outlining the Dundee City Council Strategic Local Programme of social and affordable housing projects based on the Affordable Housing Supply Programme resource planning assumptions 2012/2013 - 2014/2015.
The Committee approved the Strategic Local Programme for submission to the Scottish Government.
V TENDERS RECEIVED
There was submitted Report No 346-2012 by the City Architect detailing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon:-
(a) ST MARY'S 3RD DEVELOPMENT - EXTERNAL INSULATION AND RENDER
The Committee agreed to a negotiated contract with the Environment Department (Construction Services) amounting to 269,879.89, together with allowances of 22,939.79 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 292,819.68.
