(i) CHARLESTON BAR, 70-86 CHARLESTON DRIVE, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf and an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to grant the above application.
(ii) SHIP INN, FISHER STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee and an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to grant the above application.
(iii) READING ROOMS, BLACKSCROFT, DUNDEE
The Board agreed to defer the above application.
IV PREMISES LICENCES
(a) REVIEW HEARING
(i) Lennons, 16 Shore Terrace, Dundee
The Board heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards and the Board's Legal Officer.
The Convener moved that a final decision be pronounced at the conclusion of the review hearing. As an amendment, Councillor Gordon moved to defer a final decision to a future meeting of the Board.
On a division, there voted for the motion - the Convener and Councillors Bowes, Hunter, Fordyce and Roberts (5); and for the amendment - Bailie Regan and Councillors Gordon, Keenan and Dick (4) -whereupon the motion was declared carried. Thereafter, the Board agreed there were no grounds established for a review and further agreed to hold personal licence review hearings in respect of John Hutchison and Alison Mills.
