I CASES SUB-COMMITTEE - MINUTE OF MEETING

The minute of meeting of the Cases Sub-Committee held on 2nd April, 2010, was submitted and noted for information and record purposes, a copy of which is attached to this minute as an Appendix.

II CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER ANNUAL REPORT 2009

There was submitted Report No 222-2010 by the Director of Social Work informing on the operation of the Customer Care policy including the workings of the statutory Social Work Complaints Procedure during the year 2009 as indicated in the annual report which was attached to the report as an Appendix.

The Committee agreed:-

(i) to the content of the report; and

(ii) to instruct the Director of Social Work to undertake revisions necessary to the management and operation of the current Customer Care Policies and the Complaints Procedure to meet the challenges identified in this report for the coming year.

III PROMOTING HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF SOCIAL WORK EMPLOYEES

There was submitted Report No 221-2010 by the Director of Social Work presenting the Social Work Department's Staff Support Service Three Year Health Strategy and Action Plans.

The Committee agreed the three year Promoting Health and Wellbeing Strategy and annual Action Plans which were attached to the report as Appendix I.
