It was reported that an application had been made for a pavement cafe at the Charleston Bar, Charleston Drive.

 

The Board having heard from the applicant on their own behalf agreed to grant the application subject to the following conditions:-

 

(i) Initial grant for two x two week blocks;

 

(ii) Number of tables to be restricted to eight; and

 

(iii) The applicant to consult Building Control regarding erection of additional screening.
