I SECTION 32 HEARINGS
(i) DAVIC PUB CO/DAVID GLASS, 66 UNION STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - DOC FERRY'S BAR
The Board, having heard from the complainants, the licensee on their own behalf, and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to adjourn the above Hearing pending a site visit.
(ii) GERALDINE STEWART, KING STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - FERRY INN
Bailie Wallace stated that despite occasionally frequenting the licensee's premises, this would not impinge on his ability to hear the matter and confirmed this with the Board's Legal Officer.
The Board, having heard from the Complainants, an agent on behalf of the licensee and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to adjourn the above Hearing pending a site visit.
