I REPORT ON PERFORMANCE AND PROJECT MONITORING

There was submitted Report No 337-2007 by the Chief Executive detailing progress with objectives, projects and reviews contained in the Council's strategic plans, and detailing the latest information available on statutory performance indicators which could be meaningfully measured on a quarterly basis.

The Sub-Committee:-

(i) noted the report and discussed the issues raised in the commentary on performance indicators in section 7 and the exception report on strategic plan items in section 12.

(ii) agreed that this report should in future be submitted on a quarterly basis.
