I SECTION 32 HEARING
(i) GERALDINE STEWART - 27 GRAY STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - THE FERRY INN
The Board, having heard from the complainant, a representative of the licensee and the Board's legal adviser, agreed to defer the hearing to October 2007 to allow both parties to have further talks in an attempt to resolve the situation without any formal action by the Board being necessary.
