I SECTION 31 HEARING

The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and the licensee on their own behalf, agreed to take no action but to issue a severe warning.
II SECTION 32 HEARING
(i) BELHAVEN BREWERY CO LIMITED - 34 REFORM STREET - HUXTERS
The Board, having heard from an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards and from an agent on behalf of the licensee, agreed to take no action.
