II TAY ROAD BRIDGE JOINT BOARD - MEMBERSHIP
Reference was made to Article VII(17) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 15th May 2003 wherein the Lord Provost, one member of the Labour Group, one member of the Liberal Democratic Group, two members of the SNP Group and one member of the Conservative Group were appointed to serve on the above.
Following the resignation of Bailie Mackie it was agreed that the vacancy be filled by a member of the Conservative Group.
III VALEDICTORY - MICHAEL BEATTIE
The Lord Provost on behalf of the City Council intimated that Michael Beattie, Committee Services Officer was retiring on 27 June 2006 and thanked him for the services rendered by him in the former Tayside Regional Council and in Dundee City Council.
