I RELIEF OF RATES - CHARITY RELIEF
Councillors Hind, Duncan and Webster declared non-financial interests in Dundee Repertory Theatre by virtue of being Council representatives on the Theatre Board.
There was submitted Report No 281-2006 by the Depute Chief Executive (Finance) seeking authorisation to grant charity relief on the undernoted non-domestic properties.

II TAYSIDE SUPERANNUATION FUNDS - ACTUARIAL VALUATION AT 31 MARCH 2005
There was submitted Report No 268-2006 by the Depute Chief Executive (Finance) updating the Committee on the actuarial valuation of the Tayside Superannuation Fund and Tayside Transport Superannuation Fund at 31 March 2005.
The Committee noted the information detailed therein.
III COUNCIL TAX COLLECTION 2005/06
There was submitted Report No 301-2006 by the Depute Chief Executive (Finance) updating the Committee on the current performance on Council Tax collection.
The Committee noted the contents detailed therein.
Arising therefrom the Depute Chief Executive (Finance) intimated that in relation to the COSLA Excellence Awards the City Council had been placed on a short leet of three for its Collection of Council Tax Scheme.
