I HM INSPECTORATE OF EDUCATION - MENZIESHILL HIGH SCHOOL - INSPECTION
There was submitted and noted the HM Inspectorate of Education Inspection Report on Menzieshill High School.
II HM INSPECTORATE OF EDUCATION - PARK PLACE PRIMARY SCHOOL - INSPECTION
There was submitted and noted the HM Inspectorate of Education Inspection Report on Park Place Primary School.
III HM INSPECTORATE OF EDUCATION - CRAIGIE HIGH SCHOOL - INSPECTION
There was submitted and noted the HM Inspectorate of Education Inspection Report on Craigie High School.
The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.
IV EARLY RETIREMENT
There was submitted Agenda Note AN136-2006 recommending the early retirement of ER58/06.
The Committee agreed the early retirement with effect from 13th August 2006 in accordance with the Teachers (Compensation for Premature Retirement and Redundancy) (Scotland) Regulations 1996 and having noted the financial implications.
