VIII DUNDEE LAW - APPLICATION FOR USE

There was submitted Agenda Note AN97-2006 informing the Committee that a request had been received from St David's High Kirk, Dundee, for permission to use the area of ground at the top of Dundee Law for an Easter Morning Service on Easter Sunday, 16 April 2006 at 9.30 am. The service would last for approximately forty minutes.

The Committee granted permission for the use of the area subject to the necessary insurances being provided indemnifying the Council against damage to property, injury or loss of life etc to members of the public and, in addition, any services being provided by the Department being paid for by the applicant.

The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted items of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 6 and 9 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.

IX GROUND AT 73 ELIE AVENUE, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE

There was submitted Report No 161-2006 by the Director of Economic Development seeking approval to sell ground at 73 Elie Avenue, Broughty Ferry, Dundee.

The Committee approved the sale of ground at the agreed price.

X GROUND AT 80 ELIE AVENUE, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE

There was submitted Report No 162-2006 by the Director of Economic Development seeking approval to sell ground at 80 Elie Avenue, Broughty Ferry, Dundee.

The Committee approved the sale of ground at the agreed price.

XI GROUND AT 49 GRAHAM COURT, DUNDEE

There was submitted Report No 160-2006 by the Director of Economic Development seeking approval to sell ground at 49 Graham Court, Dundee.

The Committee approved the sale of ground at the agreed price.
