The minute of meeting of this Sub-Committee of 15th March 2004 was held as read.

Unless marked thus * all items stand delegated.

The Sub-Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A of the Act.

I ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT - REGRADING APPEAL (PA10)

There was submitted a regrading appeal from an employee within the Architectural Services Department.

The Sub-Committee agreed that consideration of this appeal be deferred in order to enable clarification of the information provided.
