At a MEETING of the DOOR STEWARDS REGISTRATION SUB-COMMITTEE of the DUNDEE CITYLICENSING BOARD held at Dundee on 9th September 2003.

I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976 - REGULAR EXTENSION - APPLICATIONS FOR DOOR STEWARDREGISTRATION (PROVISIONAL)
There was submitted an application by Mr D F for provisional registration as a door steward.
The Sub-Committee gave consideration to a letter which had been submitted by the Chief Constable relative to this application.
Thereafter, having noted that the applicant was not present, the Sub-Committee agreed to refuse the application.
There was submitted an application from Mr A F for provisional registration as a door steward.
The Sub-Committee gave consideration to a letter which had been submitted by the Chief Constable relative to this application.
Thereafter, having noted that the applicant was not present, the Sub-Committee agreed to defer the application.
There was submitted an application by Mr R K for provisional registration as a door steward.
The Sub-Committee gave consideration to a letter which had been submitted by the Chief Constable relative to this application.
Thereafter, having noted that the applicant was not present, the Sub-Committee agreed to defer the application.
There was submitted an application by Mr J L for provisional registration as a door steward.
The Sub-Committee gave consideration to a letter which had been submitted by the Chief Constable relative to this application.
Thereafter, having noted that the applicant was not present, the Sub-Committee agreed to defer the application.
There was submitted a letter of complaint from the Chief Constable regarding Mr C N.
The Sub-Committee, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the applicant, agreed to take no action.
There was submitted an application by Mr G R for provisional registration as a door steward.
The Sub-Committee gave consideration to a letter which had been submitted by the Chief Constable relative to this application.
Thereafter, having noted that the applicant was not present, the Sub-Committee agreed to defer the application.
There was submitted an application from Mr P Y for provisional registration as a door steward.
The Sub-Committee gave consideration to a letter which had been submitted by the Chief Constable relative to this application. Part of the letter referred to convictions which were spent in terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and, after hearing the Chief Constable's representative as to their age and nature, the Sub-Committee agreed they may be considered since justice could not otherwise be done.
Thereafter, having noted that the applicant was not present, the Sub-Committee agreed to refuse the application.
