The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 6 and 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.
I THOMAS JUSTICE & SONS LIMITED - BRUNEL ROAD, WESTER GROUDIE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE -PROPOSED MANAGEMENT BUY-OUT
The Director of Economic Development submitted Report No 465-2003 seeking consent to grant a business loan to Thomas Justice & Sons Limited.
The Committee approved the granting of a business loan on the terms and conditions detailed in the report.
