The minute of meeting of the Adjourned Board of 6th February 2003 was held as read.
Unless marked thus * all items stand delegated.
I REGULAR EXTENSION CONDITION
There was submitted Report No 192-2003 by the Clerk seeking approval to attach a condition to regular extensions to control noise levels within licensed premises.
The Board agreed that the following be attached to all regular extensions:-
"All music or vocals must be controlled to the satisfaction of the Director of Environmental and Consumer Protection of Dundee City Council so that no noise is audible within the same building as the licensed premises or in a nearby building."
II DOOR STEWARDS REGISTRATION SUB-COMMITTEE
There was submitted and noted the minute of meeting of the Door Stewards Registration Sub-Committee of 24th February 2003.
III LICENSING BOARD REGULATIONS
It was agreed that the Board's Regulations be amended as undernoted:-
(1) New Regulation 4(d)(iv) and 8(c)(iv) made as follows:-
"In the case of an application by a partnership or limited company a copy of the Memorandum or Articles of Association must be submitted at the time the application is made."
(2) New Regulation 4(f) and 8(e) made as follows:-
"A Trade Waste Disposal Statement must be submitted at the time the application is made."
IV SECTION 32 HEARING - THE PARK HOTEL (DUNDEE) LIMITED AND DARREN STEWART, THE PARK HOTEL40 COUPAR ANGUS ROAD
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the liquidator, an officer from the Environmental and Consumer Protection Department and the applicant on their own behalf, agreed to defer the hearing to the Adjourned Board.
