The Convener agreed to consider the undernoted item of business as a matter of urgency in terms of Standing Order No 52(3)(b) in view of the timescales involved.

 

III CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 1982 - ESTABLISHMENT OF CIVIC GOVERNMENT NOTICESWORKING GROUP

 

The Convener suggested that a working group be established to examine issues concerning the reporting of Notices issued for works required to be undertaken in relation to the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982,

 

The Committee agreed:-

 

(i)that a working group be established to examine issues concerning the reporting of Notices issued for works require to be undertaken in relation to the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982; and

 

(ii)that the working group comprise the Convener, Councillor Rolfe, Councillor Barrie, Councillor Scott and Councillor Macpherson.
